You will receive phone call and email communication before the dinner. This will include conversation topics, a complete guest list, and any necessary items for you to bring. We want you to feel prepared!

We also know the benefit of leaving room for conversational magic. The best conversations happen organically, and the curated environment will help enhance thought provoking conversations and questions.

All Icon Studios dinners will be hosted at Forage, which is located downtown Eau Claire.

There are multiple parking garages and lots located within walking distance of the venue.
Everyday, two hour street parking is enforced from 6:00 am - 6:00 pm.
From 6:00 pm - 2:00 am, street parking is free.
No street parking is allowed from 2:00 am - 6:00 am.

While this is an elevated experience, we are prioritizing the vibe of your highest, best self!

For some, this means comfy and cozy, like a pair of jeans and a flannel. For others, this might mean black tie formal. Or maybe it’s an outfit completely in between!

All we ask is that you show up in clothing that makes you feel like the best version of you!

Each guest will receive a complimentary first drink - wine, beer, or mocktail - and additional drinks will be available for purchase.

The menu is New American. This is a modern, innovative take on American cuisine that blends traditional American dishes with flavors and techniques from around the world. Our chef will feature as many local ingredients as possible.

When you purchase your ticket, please note the area for dietary considerations.

You can expect to connect with likeminded business owners and operators within the Chippewa Valley. Whether these individuals hold an owner role, operator role, or both, they assume responsibility for the business’s success, finances, and overall direction.

The companies represented at these dinners will range from solo entrepreneurs to partners or shareholders in larger companies. There are no restrictions on the types of businesses that will be represented.

Full payment is due at time of seat purchase. A 50% refund will be issued if cancelation is made prior to 2 weeks before the dinner.
